As we go into the 2025 season we are switching to a new payment processor. A video was sent to you explaining the change.

This form when filled out, digitally signed and summited gives 5 Star Disposal LLC permission to bill you on the first of each month for your residential trash service. 

You may choose to pay with your credit or debit card, or you may pay with an ACH debit from your bank account. The ACH is the preferred method of payment. The processing fees are lower, helping us to keep cost down. However the most important part is the ACH is a much more secure payment method.
